I moved in Kenridge last year and I have been about 50/50 with satisfaction here. My neighbors for the most part are rude. The people upstairs let their kids run around all day and part of the night, sometimes I have to beat on walls to get them to quite down. We also have alot of people who come home in the wee hours of the night with their music very load and will sit outside and listen to it until they are ready to go in the house. The office staff is pleasant, they are always nice and smiling. The apartments themself are average, not for a person with alot of furniture. If you live on bottom you cannot enjoy your patio because what ever the person above you may spill will come through cracks on you. During summer time bugs are bad, even if you clean and spray everyday. Not pet friendly. They also should not advertise gate because it is always broken. You may have to place a work order for maintenance several times before they get around to actually doing it. The grounds up front are well up kept but towards the back are not so good. Apartments next door are very loud and if you call police they will not show for a noise complaint. But they will say that they did. Cable, phone, and dsl service is only bellsouth. So if you don't have perfect credit be prepared to pay a nice deposit for the dish. I would only recommend these apartments if all of this does not bother you. My lease will be up in a couple of months and I am moving sommewhere a little nicer and that I feel more comfortable. Great price but not worth the negatives.
