Kenridge

 

My husband and I thought that Kenridge was a good safe place to live, until everything started happening.

1.)We heard little criters running around in our ceiling we told the front office about it and they told us that it was to expensive to have them remove and that we could have them remove ourselves.

2.)We also found out about the roaches that was living with us we asked to have some one come and spray our apartment they did not come, we had to take care of them ourselves.

3.)THE GATES NEVER WORKS.

4.)It takes them years to come and fix things in your apartment.

5.)They spray painted over the fire sprinklers and told my husband "o, don't worry about that they still work".

6.)Loud people that act like they are the only ones that live their.

7.)Lazy tenants that don't want to take there trash to the dumpster where they should in stead they just dump there trash in the mail center.

8.)They do not want to take care of the Bumble Bees around the complex.

I ran into a few tenants and they stated that they are allergic to bees.

9.)This is going to be a long summer living in Kenridge.
