I moved to Decatur in January. I thought I was getting a blessing when I moved in Kenridge. You really do get what you pay for. I work hard for my money. I can say I'm just about better off putting my furnture in storage because living here I'm paying 664.00 for storage now. They never want to come out and fix anything. When I moved in I had cold water that took them about 4 weeks to come out and turn up. I called the ER line and he finally came out. When the maintainance gut came out he said it was an emergency. I told him maybe not to you, since you're not the one taking cool showers. My neighbors are loud. To report that, they office told me to call the police. When I moved in the maintainace guy tracked oil in on my new carpet and I immediately confronted them about it and they denied it. The water runs in the master bath every 15 minutes for 30 seconds (I timed it). They will not come out to do anything about it. I wished I had moretime to look before I moved to Decatur. The inside of the apartment looks like kids repaired and painted it. Right after I mved in, I've been looking for something else. I will do more research this time. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
