I live in these apartments and have on and off for the last 3 years and I see a steady decline in the property. An apartment above me stayed vacant for 2 months and now I have to deal with a roach problem. I am allergic to bees but they have nested in the staircase in front of my unit. There are several registered sex offenders in the immediate area. The grounds are dirty and the buildings are in bad need of pressure washing. The gate NEVER works. The office will send out a memo stating the gate will be closed on a specific day but it isnt. Then you come home a month later to closed gates and no notice. I am mad at myself for renewing my lease. But I am getting the hell on when my lease is up!!!!
