Me and my family moved here about 3 years ago and we thouht it was a great place to live, until things suddenly started to change, neighbors with loud music, people alwasys right there looking in your face no matter what time of day or night it is I mean 2am, 12am, 8am, whatever someone always knows when you are coming and going me and my family have been blessed to finally move into a home of our own, THANK YOU JESUS, the gates never work we never were given a gate code, maintenance sucks all they do is hang around with there friends near the mailbox, make of promises to fix broken things and never come aroung our alarm system has been broken for over a year.
The girls at the front office walk around like they are gods gift to kenridge apts.
what they need to focus on is making sure we are satisfied as tenants.
They are doing a very poor job, oh by the way i came home the other day and someone was smoking some really strong marijuana outside by there car, so everyones kids can smell it.
Thank God we are moving.
