I'm a tenant in the 6 building at the Longwood Apartments on North Druid Hills. I have lived here since September and love it. I cannot brag on this property enough; there is a real difference and you can feel it. Longwood has pretty landscaping and smart, tony architecture like some Posts you may have seen, but they pay attention to the little things and don't treat you like a number. This is a quiet residence and the neighbors are cool. The management is considerate and cares for your privacy. Ladonna and Carlos run a tight ship and you can tell how exclusive the property is as soon as you walk into the leasing office. If there is a maintenance problem they fix it immediately; they're "open door policy" and you are encouraged, I think, to keep them abreast of anything you might need. I really like it here and it has a gorgeous nature-filled, woodsy back end I have a balcony view of. Trees are everywhere, the place is well cared for. My bedroom has sunshine in it all day. Every day I am pleased to come home to this place and there are not a lot of places in Atlanta like that. I'm proud to be a resident here and you can tell them I said that. The prices are reasonable too! 800-900 for a 1BR and soooo worth it! A friend of mine visited me here to fix my computer and now he's considering moving here! (Like everyone else I know. See below)

WARNING - If your current apartment complex is anything less than perfect but you don't want to move yet, DO NOT COME TO LONGWOOD and take a look around. Everybody I know who has visited this place suddenly started hating their apartment complexes and is now thinking of MOVING HERE. It has that effect on you. Longwood rocks! And they have some kind of move in deal going now, but I don't know what it is.

Gym notes, I don't use the gym so I can't say. But I need to mention this because you guys won't believe this:

Longwood includes a new W/D with every apt at no extra charge. Both are shiny new and work great and have saved me a bundle by being here. Anyway, etc., I like this place.

I just checked out the star points below. This place got 5 stars from me on almost every single category. And I am picky, so you can trust me that if you're as ---- as I am you will like Longwood. They must be ---- retentive too because they don't miss a single thing I could complain about. Fact is it's just a damn good apartment complex.
