Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
The structure is descent, but it is difficult to move in to upper floors.

I know of at least one break in to an apartment, and no security exists for the complex.

The appliciances and facilities are nice, and management performs very well.

Overall, it is a nice place to live.
