I just moved in a short time ago. The assistant manager that I was dealing with was awesome. She helped me out so much since I signed a lease long distance. However, she has since left, and the manager is an ass hole. Maintenace has been wonderful in getting things fixed for me. They ordered me a brand new washer after mine leaked all over the laundry room floor. I also got a new bathroom floor, new wallpaper in the bathroom, and a brand new sink in the bathroom as well. My advise: Don't let the Management push you around! This is a national rental company, and you can contact the higher ups if you have problems! Otherwise, the complex has really been a nice place to live for someone just starting out.
