The price is high and went up even more. Rent is due on the 1st, late on the 3rd, but the office was closed for the holiday and I still got charged a late fee of $90, along with a nasty letter telling me I may be evicted. There is a drop box outside, but nothing to indicate that that's what it is. There were signs up all over after the holiday telling residents that everyone's rent was late- tacky. Management was not very nice on the phone. Workout room isn't open late enough. Walls are paper thin and I can hear people running down stairs outside or turining on their bathroom fan above. Tile floors are ugly and institutional-looking. I could go on...
