This apartment complex is the worst in the ATL. When we first moved in it was good and management was attentive however when it changed owners it got bad real fast. They did a lot of cosmetic things but once renovations were done they fixed nothing. The pool was green all summer, they closed down the office without telling tenants, there are large potholes, poorly lit areas, the playground is not safe for your dogs far less kids, neighbors are horrible and very ghetto, noisy, cars get stolen and the apartments are full of roaches and mildew.
Don't live there please.
