Overall, this is a nice community to live in. The office staff is very friendly and the community is small. A few negative points about this apartment: not well insulated, the gates are broken once a week (from people driving through them), fitness center is not well maintained, they will raise your rent every time it is time to renew your lease, other residents are neglectful(fitness center; they scrape up your car with their car and neglect to own up to their mistake...it happened to me and a few other cars in the past year and a half; they speed through the parking lot while there are small children around; they are too lazy to actually push their garbage all the way into the dumpster)
Positive points: the office staff take care of any situation you may have. The property is cleaned up daily, so while the other residents may be disrespectful of the community, maintenance will clean it up. They fix the gates immediately. Also, when a noise complaint is made, management takes care of it right away and they basically have a no tolerance policy.
Overall, the actual layout is great. I love this apartment and I feel safe living here. But, the neighbors can be annoying at times(not all of them...I would say maybe half).

The iron gates still work. We do have some people that try to sneak in behind someone and break the barrier arm. That happens on all gated communities. Our fitness center features two treadmills that have both been completely overhauled. I am sorry to hear that you had an issue with your car, I do hope that you made a police report. We do thank you for noticing how hard we work to keep the community properly maintained. It is very important to us to make this place as wonderful as possible for our residents. I am glad to see all of the positive notes you made about our maitenace team and office staff. Thank you very much!!!!!!
