Good place to live but abused by residents

Its really a nice place to live.
Positive points: Nice layout, Safe, Good Maintenance, Gr8 tennis court.
Negative points: all residents dont respect the community property so you have broken gates every weekend, pet poop in the lawns, play area is not clean enough for kids to play...

Thank you for the positive notes you made about our community!!! The iron gates are always working though we have had occasions were someone has broken the wooden arm. The gates do still operate when that happens though and replaced the arm as soon as possible. We do have pet stations located throughout the community. We do our very best to make sure that the residents us them. Thank you for all of your positive comments !!!!!! It is nice to see.
