Bad but not that bad

I have noticed the change in the service after the management has changed.

To be frank it really sucks.

The gates are not repaired for days.

People tail gate.

Arbitrary persons walk in and out.

Dont know much about the management but the only response I got in conncection with fixing the gates is that "we are working on it" But guess what for 2 months now''''''' Kids are uncontrolled.

You can hear high school boys tossing basket ball at 12 midnight.

On saturdays the TV is played at full volume.
People drive at 30 mph when speed limit is 5 mph.

No courtesty for pedestrians.

Trash sometimes overflows but is always picked up

The good thing:
Apt is very clean and new.
