I can't believe someone who STILL LIVES HERE would post such an ugly comment!!! I am new to the Decatur area and I love my new apartment here at Paces.

The grounds are well kept and there certainly is not the crime that was listed previously.

This is a very safe neighborhood.

The courtesy officer is always on call and is an actual dekalb county police officer.

I am impressed with the service on this property.

Some of the people who live here are very impatient and should not take their frustrations out on the office people, they are always helpful and welcoming.
