Bitter experience

Well,

They say that the bitter experience makes the difference.

I had a maintenance request and even after at least 5 reminders and they telling me that it will be done in the next 2 hours\the next morning\before the end of the day....

it was not done..

and i stopped following it up.....

I had not had any other problems till date though, but i feel these apartments are a little bit overpriced...

they can use cleaner swimming area and a bigger gym...
