Poor Customer Services

I moved in Nov 2008 in the community because it is the closest form my work place. The overall response from the leasing office team has been degrading with time. Sometimes, we ask for some issues to fix in the apartment and next day when nobody comes, we have to go again with same request. Surprisingly, nobody cares to even enter our request in the system to issue any WO. Once my lease is over, I'll definitely move to some other community.
