I recently moved into this property and wish I would have taken heed to the prior reviews. It is true that this property has a significant problem with roaches. In addition, repairs are not handled in a timely manner. I moved in July 2009. The day I moved into the unit it was poorly cleaned as there were dead roaches everywhere. I also requested a repair be made in the kitchen and I am still waiting for this to be completed. My apartment is constantly filled with pungant food odors from the adjoining units. Also, there are unsupervised children constantly playing in the parking lot between cars as if the vehicles are there personal obstacle courses. I wish I would have never moved into this property and eagerly await the termination of my lease in January 2010.
