I've been here for almost 1.5 years. For the first 6 months I didn't have a problem although I read the newsletters about people being shot and robbed in the complex. First someone stole my car, apparently in broad daylight. Then one morning I come out leaving for work and I notice someone took the tire off my car and put a cinderblock under it to keep the car levelled. They didn't even dispose of the tire, they left it outside 4 parking spaces from my vehicle. They also left the hub cab and lugs laying on the ground next to my violated car. There are quite a few bugs out there, I've seen roaches on numerous occasions despite their "weekly" pest control and bombing the apartments. The only positive things I have to say is the management does do a great job about getting things in your apartment repaired and the maintenance crew keeps up the grounds; the neighborhood is also pretty quite. It's a headache trying to pull into the complex because there's such a heavy flow of traffic going and coming from I-20 and I-285. I would recommend this property but move in at your own risk and be prepared to get what you pay for.
