I moved in on a $99 special, you know they say you get what you pay for, but in this instance so far I've been getting better. New Management had taken over by the time I moved in at the beginning of the year. The staff especially Irish was very accomodating clear and conscise. There are regular visits by pest control however, I have only seen spiders here and there. The neighbors are ok in my particular unit, there is security right at the exit at night. I am not a person that likes living around children but the ones in the community don't seem to be a problem. My only other concerns are the laundry facility and the workout facility, however there was a fire so they are using some of the space to accomodate the victims of the fire. Summer time is approaching so I will be back with another review later in the year. So far I plan to be there at least another year maybe two.
