I have live here for close to 3 years and yes you get what you pay for. But overall it is not that bad. I have never had anything to happen. I am a female and the only thing that really have annoyed me are the drug boys that use to come and post up on the steps but that have ceased. Management have changed once. Maintenance is okay. Call early and pray for the next day. Overall living here is what you make of it good or bad. Try it you might like it. Peace
