We lived in the Pavilion for 6 months and that's all we could take. We've had the kitchen sink overflow and flood the kitchen, sewage backage in both bathrooms so we couldn't use the bathrooms, leaks in the ceiling, flooded carpeting, ants, on top of that, constant noice and smells and that was just the inside. On the outside, tons of children playing in the dirt and being destructive, drug addicts, collasping blacktop/basketball court, loud music, gun shots, theives...the list goes on. We did all we could do to work with maintenance, neighbors, office staff, everyone but nothing was done effeciently, effectively, or professionally. I would never recommend this place and would stop anyone I could from living in these conditions.
