The Good and the Bad

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2005
I lived in this complex for 4 years, so I thought I'd just state the facts instead of getting emotional like most of these reviewers do :)
The Good:
The maintanence requests are taken care of, and I only had ant problems my first year. No bugs, no rats
The property is well maintained, the garbage doesn't get over full
There was plenty of parking near my apartment
Close to the grocery store, Blockbuster, and the Farmer's Market
The gate was almost always working
The Bad:
My rent was $200 more than an equivalent apartment closer to Emory
The traffic towards Emory in the mornings/from Emory in the afternoons is TERRIBLE
There were fireants by the pool every summer so I had to use a combo bug-spray/suntan lotion
The work-out room was small compared to bigger complexes
As with any complex, there is crime. I know at least 3 people were assualted during my 4 years, one violently so after a man entered her apartment. The area seems to be getting worse, not better.
