I just rented a studio with Post Summit this weekend, and I've had no reason to complain so far. I've been impressed by the efficiency and professionalism of the two employees in the leasing office that I interacted with - Stephanie and Lupie.

My lease starts on Sunday, and since the office is closed on Sundays, they said I could pick up my keys on Saturday. The carpet had been shampooed, and the fixtures had been repaired, as promised. My move-in this weekend has been extremely smooth. My neighbors seem courteous and quiet, and are educated single professionals.
