A guy was ROBBED AND BEATEN AT GUNPOINT RIGHT OUTSIDE HIS FRONT DOOR AS HE CAME HOME ON 10/12!

THREE CARS WERE BROKEN INTO THE SAME WEEK!

THE CHANGE MACHINE WAS STOLEN OUT OF THE LAUNDRY ROOM THE SAME WEEK!

THE GATES NEVER WORK AND THE GROUNDS ARE HORRIBLE AND SUZANNE (THE MANAGER)IS A #^*!

RUN AWAY FAST AND DO NOT LOOK BACK!
