unresponsive managment, increasing crime, and deteriorating facilites

Managment is not that responsive and since the property became Park Summit things have been going down the tubes. All of a sudden, the gate never works, there is increased noise, and there are much lower residency requirements. Also, maintence is not partiucarly responsive. Finally, several apartments were broken into recently. Overall, I would not reccomend this place. If you want to live in the area, there are several nicer and better maintained complexes just down the road.
