I'm a current resident and having been here since Post owned it I can honestly say that things have greatly deteriorated. The new management is a complete joke. The maintenance people are more competent. The gates are constantly broken, the noise levels have risen, there was a break-in and one night while I was outside I witnessed the cops chasing two people on foot through the complex. I'm out of this place ASAP. Avoid it.
