I've lived in this complex since 2001 and since the new mangment took over, it has gone DOWNHILL. Maintenance is a total joke and even worse is the leasing office. Don't bother trying to get something fixed or find out the status of a repair. It's taken more than FIVE days to get my AC fixed in SUMMER heat and no one can give me an answer as to why there's been such a delay and why the part needed wasn't ordered the first day I reported the problem. And when I've tried to voice my concerns with the property manager, she REFUSED to get on the phone. I won't say her name, but if she's too afraid to deal with resident complaints, she need to find another job. If you are a new resident, enjoy the NICE service while it lasts...becuase it won't last long.
