I lived in a two bedroom from 2007-2008. At move out time, I turned in my keys one day before my roommate, with a note saying her keys were on the way. This was TWO DAYS before the move-out date on our 60 day notice. When my roommate returned to collect the rest of her belongings and return her key the following day, the locks had been changed. When we finally got mgmt to let us in, all of her belongings were GONE. Management said that the only people who entered the apartment were the people who changed the locks. They accused us of being liars and said we had misplaced our belongings. This was over $1000 of clothes. There were a few inconsequential items left in the unit, so it was obvious it hadn't been cleaned yet - but everything of value was gone, stolen by an employee.
We went to the police, but unfortunately, this was not a priority for Dekalb Co. and nothing became of it.
I do not recommend Park Summit. There were also several security issues on the property- car breakins and a couple of assaults.

I assume you are Suzanne, or someone else from management. This is the only review I have posted on what happened earlier this year. Current and potential tenants should be aware of this crime, and I am sure you didn't inform anyone of it in an incident report, as you would normally do for a crime on the property.

it seems that this is someone from management and arguing with someone who has a complaint is far from professional, goes to show how the apartments are ran, im looking to lease, but that doesn't make me wanna come your way, im pretty sure you have a few choice words for me but you can save them... JUST THOUGHT YOU SHOULD KNOW IT DOESN'T LOOK WELL ON YOUR PART,

WOW! Im a former resident just skimming through the site to see what was written...and I see NOTHING has changed! The management is still unprofessional and the community is still up in arms about the safety issues there! AMAZING!!!
