Good - property is small, clean and location is nice - close to kroger, farmers market,walgreens etc.
Bad- maintenance service is horrible, if bathroom is locked and you are staying in 2 bath appartment its not an emergency for them even if you inform them on Fri morning. It takes 2 seconds for maintenance person to fix it but they will not. some might say you can fix it - i tried for hours before calling them.Office staff - they seem friendly when they are showing property to new folks otherwise they dont care. Its an old complex- so runs on gas - which is way too expensive- and all the doors\windows are not properly insulated - so inspite of paying 120 every monnth for gas your apprt will not have required temp in winter months. I had to purchase electric heater for individual rooms.

Amen! When I moved in management was fine, maintenance was prompt and attentive, I had no problems. Then rent went up, property managers changed and we got one who is a giant B*TCH!, they got rid of the only competent maintenance workers, and from there it just went downhill. I'm so glad my lease is up next month!
