Not enough care for the renter

Years at this apartment: 2009 - 2009
I lived at "the Summit" from 2008-2009 and I 'peaked' in my disappointment within the year I was there. When you dont fix things I tend not to pay you for the space. With rental money (verified) in escrow, they STILL did not fix the things that were on the original move-in inspection! Then the neighbor's children were ALLOWED to climb over the back fence to get in (I say they were allowed because when I reported this behavior, it STILL occurred without consequence). Once the work order was submitted for the third time I was sent a notice to appear in court for non-payment of rent! (I did just mentioned that the money was in an account that was verified by the office, right') So I show up, get the "7 day move out" speech and they attempted to evict me until my lawyer showed up to stop the preceedings! All of this over a persistantly broken toilet, a broken ice maker, an CHRONICALLY broken front gate and statined paint and flooring prior to my move in! and they wanted me to pay how much of that $1,300' Im now happy and settled into my new apartment around the corner form them. Did I mention I got a "Rent from Post Summit" marketing flyer the other day'
