Noise is only minimal if you are not in one of the apartments by the railway line. The railway line is not visible unless it is pointed out to you. It was not pointed out to a neighbor of mine whose apartment was right next to it. There were a number of car break ins while I was there. The apartment complex police officer is very nice and friendly.
My move in experience was a disaster. I was told to arrive any time before 3pm. I arrived at 2 and was told I couldn't move in that day because the person I had dealt with had forgotten there was a staff meeting that day. He yelled at me. Rushed through everything and then I was left to my own devices. In 90 degree heat, I had to wander around and find out exactly where my apartment was etc.
Screens in sun porch were very badly fitted.
All of my neighbors and I had problems with retrieving mail and packages where the staff were involved. They would forget they signed for it, if they signed for it , where it was.
