I lived in Decatur for two years while attending Emory University for my graduate degree. I spent a year at Post Walk and I can honestly say that there are better places in the area for the less money. I found that the staff in the office turned over with such frequency that you never seemed to know who you were speaking with in the office. The screened in proches are a joke. They might as well be balconies since the screens do not keep any bugs out. They might have renovated some of the apartments since I lived there but my impression was that the appliances and cubooards are the oringial ones when they built the place and they all need to be up-dated. My roommate and I had some issues with the roof leaking during the frequent storms in the late spring and summer. I found that the gate did not always work and that some cars were damaged because of it. Finally, there was the little problem of the staff trying to evict myself (not my roommate just me) because of failure to pay rent on the apartment, which of course we did. The staff did not even follow their own procedures for double checking payment status ebfore issuing an eviction notice. I had to threated them with legal action to address the situation in a timely manner and to get a letter of appology from the office. If you have to live there, then it should be okay, but like I said before there are better places for the money. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
