I stayed in Spanish Trace East year 1 year and 3 month (since 2006) and my two bedroom apartment got broke- in to four times, my car was stolen once, my window got busted and plus I had a hole in the wall behind the refrigator covered up with paint. When I tap on the paint, roaches came out of everywhere. I was so damn scared, i had to go, being that i should have left the first month i moved in. But this was my first apartments so I just complained to managenment all the time but maitenace did fix my place up, but when new managenment came in January of 2007 all HELL broke out. First them ------- sent me a letter telling me that their policy was going into effect after three weeks meaning that my rent was going up to $750. HELL NO and plus in Februaury 2007 they put a red ballon and red noticed stating that my rent was late,and I need to pay them in CASH and my rent was not late because according to my bank statement them ------- cashed my check, and when I showed them my bank statement all they could say was I sorry, our mistake.
and my contact states that managenment can not ask for cash on hand. So as of right know I have a lawsiut against Spanish Trace East property managnment team. oh I forgot to tell you that New Managnment Black ------- will try to walk in your place when your not home and I got them on camera, looking though my dresser drawers, my refrigator, my movie collection and its a lot of stuff I got on camera that they did. And the laundry room being close in May 2006.

My sister and I took a look at that place in 2003. We just kept on driving. I seriously couldnt see how someone could live there. It looked dangerous.
