I am not sure why the old Manager, Ashley resigned her post as Manager, but I know that she did an excellent job. It doesn't make sense to get a new manager that care nothing about the residents and just the bottom line.
Jamco and the new manager Ms. Alexander should remember that poor customer service drives customers away and without customers there will be no bottom line! Treat the residents better and they will not leave like I did. I left because Ms. Alexander has a lack of social skills and she might think that her title as Manager gives her the authority to talk to me as if I am less than a person. Ms. Alexander is a awful manager that will produce awful results.
So if you are looking for a manager that doesn't care about her residents, you have found the perfect plae at the villages.

Veronica Alexander has been a great manager for JAMCO for many years. Ashley is still at Village but as Assistant Manager. I hope you will give Veronica a chance. She is only trying to help enforce the community policies for the betterment of Village at Wesley Chapel. She only needs to be given a chance, OK?
