Well the Village At Wesley Chapel has been a nice area to reside.The location is great its ac to I20 and 285.When i came to this community I feel in love with it;the office staff(previously Mrs.Shinholster,Mrs.Pace,Mrs.Parker) has always been nice and respectable as well as maintence(Mr.Dwayne,Mr.James)and the courtsey offices(Ms.Dana,Ms.Petes).Since Ive been a resident here my children or I have never had any problems.Recently they have hired a new Property Mananger by the name of Veronica Alexander in mid August she is the worst.Mrs.Alexander DOES NOT LIKE OR CARE ABOUT HUMAN LIFE.She does't even speak to you when you greet her.Mrs.Alexander is unapproachable,undesirable,unpleasant,unruly she lacks customer service skills.Being a leader you have to build a rapport with peole,and for the life of me I dont understand how her attitude was overlook but it is unacceptable by all means.My lease expires in December 2009,I will not be renewing my lease due to her being there.There was also a group of residents that came to my house to invite me to a town hall meeting where they want there voices to be heard due to the treatment that we all are encountering from Mrs.Alexander.IN CONCLUSION SHE WAS A HORRIBLE CHOICE OF MANAGEMENT.I thought they wanted to keep good people not get rid of them,as long as Mrs.alexander is here everyone is going to move out nobody is going to stay here and be treated like to bottom of someones shoe.THEY STARTED LEAVING ALREADY.Thank you for all your time in reading this post and it is the truth.

I am sorry that you feel that way. Veronica has been a great manager and has been with JAMCO for a long time. She is firm but fair and wants Village at Wesley Chapel to be the best it can be. I sure you will change your opinion. We hope you will give her a chance!
