PROBLEM 1. MAINTENANCE
-whatever your issues are, plumbing, air, water, it doesn't matter, they will have you leave a message..emergency or not...and NOT return your call. (sometimes they don
t call back ever)
PROBLEM 2. OLD UNITS
-very old, as soon as you move in, everything falls apart. "Creatures" also make themselves at home..i.e centipedes, worms, spider. WALLS ARE EXTEMELY THIN.
PROBLEM 3. MANAGEMENT
-RUDE!. careless and uneducated. THEY KEEP THE DOORS LOCK SO YOU CAN'T BOTHER THEM....HEADS UP, if the maintainance doesn't hang out around your unit or have a beer with you every weekend, then chances are he won't tend to your unit needs. MAJOR POLITICS WITH THIS APARTMENT. SAVE TIME AND MONEY!!!
NEIGHBORS ARE UP AT 2 O'CLOCK IN MORNING, USING A VACUUM, LOUD SEX OR AGRUING.
