I only live in Valleyfield apts for 5mths now.Let me please help you not choose this apt for your further resident.My first month of living there I discovered they been having a Peeping Tom for a month at this point. Peeping Tom is someone who be looking in your windows at night and early in the morning before sun come up.My ceiling in both bathrooms look like the bottom of my foot. Maintenance take for ever to never to come out for a simple fire alarm. If you look at my apt the wire hanging from fire alarm, ceiling look like dried up rain, stove from 1960 that they suppose to have replaced, and most of all check the crime rate with dekalb co. police dept to very that crime ain?t no stranger when coming down to Valleyfield.The most part that?s freaky is they forever have a really good rent special because they have alots of empty apts.Everybody who moves in when there lease is over they move out.The manager is the meaniest beast in the world. Don?t ask a question.Please don?t jump too soon. Even if it?s your last choice sleep outside in the car under the porch, and wrap up with cats..don?t do it....
