I have lived in ValleyField Apts for two years. I have never been in such a poorly managed place. Lets start by saying it takes maintaince 3 months to spray for ants, 2 months to change a light bulb, 4 months to fix a bathroom faucet. The price is too expensive for what your get. The parking is bad. The management has lost my july 2001 rent. I had to pay double plus court cost. I was neighbors with a Junkie, he left his needles outside. There have been shooting, breakins cars set on fire and many drug dealings.

Do not move to Valleyfield.
well one thing i can say is that the grounds crew is prompt, every tuesday at 8am they start with the mowing, blowing, trimming and edging, mind you, theese are all gas powered little engines that are loud.

The management is rude.
the management is always changing
the office is open when convient for the staff.

There is not a security presence. THere is a on grounds dekalb county officer, but he sells most of the drugs.
