The first nite I moved in their were dead frozen ants in the freezer. Wallpaper was missing in the bathroom and the carpet was still wet. By the end of January I was hospitalized for eating ants because of a serious insect control. My electric bill went up to $200. The air conditioner broke. There is a lot of drug dealing and illegal operations going on over there. There is constantly shooting. Management comes when they want and call back when they want to. But they're quick to give a late rent notice. The electrical sockets are loose. If you have kids don't bring them near here. There is no playground facility. Their is no pool no guest house . No nothin. The cheap rent isn't even worth it.

This person had an opportunity not to move in before taking the apartment. Why would you sign a lease if so unhappy with the present situation?

Partyanimal24! It is QUITE obvious that you are intellectually challenged. Duhh! Had the renter KNOWN about the problem(s), I would think that he/she would NOT have moved in. You must work for the complex, which further proves this "cranky renter's" point. U need help!! Nice try though. KBG

No one would knowingly move into a bad situation if they know that it is a bad situation!
