I currently live here at this place and I think it can be better. A whole lot better!! The owner of this property seems to refuse to upgrade. The interior of the apartments have the original fixtures from the 'sixties' The type of people that are allowed to move into these apartments are at best semi low lifes who don't have any respect for their living area. On the weekends it looks like the projects up north and on the westside of Atlanta. These people throw trash any where there is ground!!! If the management upgrades the property and screen potential tennants more it could be a much better place. I agree with the other review of the property manager. Very nice until there is a complaint. Then rudeness. Overall a big NOOOOO rating. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C

I currently live in this apartment complex and yes it does need upgrading due to the old appliances and all but the office manager is a very sweet lady. People will complain about apartment management when they are not living right or their kids and family is helping to run the complex down. Also people do not hang outside on the weekend like it is public housing that is a complete and out right fib.
