Great place for the price

I've lived here for just over a year and I like it. It is old and the fixtures and insulation aren't great. The one time I've had to deal with maintanence I was dissapointed, and I've heard other complain. I can hear the people in the unit below me fairly often. However, the price is unbeatable. The location is fabulous. The landscaping is nice and the staff have always been great with me, although sometimes difficult to get in touch with. I've never felt unsafe.
