bedrooms:2
bathrooms:1 1/2
moved in: 2001
rent:850 per month
laundry drying over back porch, patio railings
blue plastic tarps, towels, sheets as curtains, drapes
bags of trash tossed on curbs and left to sit for days before pick up days
broken furniture left sitting on sidewalks and curbs
condom wrappers, beer cans, wine bottles thrown all over grounds
people living in apartments with little, if any furniture
mold and mildew has rendered some apartments al but virtually uninhabitable
rodent infestation
many residents forced to do their own maintenance repairs due to inadequate staffing for property of this size and age
many residents resort to hiring own exterminator service
appointments required to discuss any matter with property manager, who was reported to tell one resident when he went down with some complaints, if he didn't like it just give his notice and move out. it seems rude and surly are prerequisites for employment with owner/management company.
missing boards on back patio gates
all in all one has more a feeling of living in a section 8 type of complex, which for the rent being charged' not what one expects on moving in.
yet, some residents have lived here for many, many years, and tell a tale of a very different environment before being taken over by current owner/management company. and from what many friends of old Atlanta tell me of this company, it is not at all surprising. I wish I had listened when they tried to tell me.

NONE OF WHAT "Anonymous-" SAYS IT TRUE... I have lived at Williamsburg for years and have enjoyed the beauty, peace, quiet and well maintained complex for years. SimperFi |
