I am one of the 20% of residents who are under 55 here. I've lived here for three years. The facilities are old and have the problems that come with old buildings, but I find the staff willing to make accomodations when they can, and the area is absolutely gorgeous. I recommend it to anyone with good mobility (it's not terribly accessible to people with physical disabilities). The rent is a good price and the apartments are spacious.
