basically owner is just trying to collect rent and do as little as absolutely necessary until he can knock the place down and do an "atlantic station" type cluster **** high density mess. neighborhoods don't want it but it will happen.

while the property was sold to current slum lord type owner as a senior citizens community, he dropped the age restrictions and now allows anyone in. this bites for those left there who moved in BECAUSE it was an age restricted property.

maintenance is a joke. upkeep is a joke. security is non-existant. adequate staffing ...not even close. and it WAS such a lovely property. a very close knit, stable neighborhood.
