I lived at the Williamsburg Apartments for 3 years. My apartment was awesome in terms of size. It had 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an eat-in-kitchen, and a patio.
HOWEVER, the place was sadly in need of repair. It had a serious problem with MOLD- when I moved out, I had to throw out lots of items. I hate to think of the damage to my lungs! I told management about the mold situation and advised them not to rent it out until they had serious testing done. Guess what' Nothing was ever done and I ahve since learned that they rented out the place to someone whose children come to stay on weekends!!! I wouldn't be surprised if a class action suit is eventually filed against LeCraw.
The place had roaches and rats. The pest company showed up twice a year (no exaggeration). The airconditioning/heating systems were antiquated and didn't work properly.
Management is terrible. LeCraw is milking the place. I hate to think what will become of the area, should the City allow LeCraw to build and manage a complex of new buildings.
