Sadly crumbling

I moved here in August. I'm leaving as soon as possible. When I moved in there were no lights in the living room or back bedroom. After several weeks they put a light in the living room, but the back bedroom has been lightless for 3 months. Roaches are everywhere, all the time. The building's exterior is filthy. Management is always overwhelmed. And now the final straw: earlier this week someone with an apartment key came in and stole my laptop while I was at work.
