Big Space but house centipedes and flooding problem

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
I lived there from november of 2001 to may of 2003. There were house centipedes all over the place and my apartment door was flooded everytime it rained a little hard. The people were nice especially Jade but the place was falling apart. On the day I moved the last of my stuff ther ceiling of my dining room fell in from a leak upstairs. Good timing on my part. They need a renovation.
