Equity Management "manages" these and many, many other apt. complexes in Georgia and throughout the U.S. The turnover in the office is brisk. That way, no one in a management capacity ON PROPERTY has to care about the tenants. Only one of my old neighbors lives there....a couple of med students from Emory. They hate the place and cannot wait to leave. I would never recommend this complex to anyone.

You never said what was so bad about these apartments besides the high turnover of management. Is there anything else you can contribute since you lived there for so long?
