In a word my biggest complaint is PESTS. They are everywhere. Huge slugs (no lie), flying cockroaches, centipedes, and little roly poly bugs everywhere. From the cracks in the units and the vents in the rooms they crawl in everywhere. I haven't been here one full month and I'm already looking for a way out.

The landscaping stops at the front signage and the trash area is disgusting. Nothing is well maintained that I can see and I'm very upset that I've signed a lease here. I will be speaking with management shortly. Look for an updated review.

In response, Resource Residential has purchased the property effecive December 2008. We have implemented an entirely new set of policies and ways to make this a great place to live. If you are still having issues, please contact the office and I will be happy to speak with you.
