I have lived at Woodland Hills for 5 years now. I have read some of the complaints on here and felt it necessary to let everyone know that at the beginning of the year, a new company (Resource Residential) has purchased the property. Since then, I have seen a great difference in how the property is run. Repair requests have been done on time, the office staff is very friendly and professional. They really seem to care. I have heard that the new company is going to do a lot of improvements to the property, both inside and outside. I cannot wait to see the progress!
